Handmade Synthetic Cane Drawers
Create neat, practical storage with our handmade synthetic cane drawers. Each drawer combines a durable synthetic cane weave, also known as Flexi-Cane, with natural Palembang cane uprights for added structure and authentic handcrafted character.

These woven drawers work well in bedrooms, bathrooms, cupboards, shelving units and covered outdoor entertainment areas. Their clean woven finish adds texture while keeping household items organised and easily accessible.
Each drawer includes an integrated front handle, allowing it to slide in and out of a suitable cupboard or shelving space.
Quality Handwoven Construction
Our artisans build each drawer with natural Palembang cane uprights and carefully weave the synthetic cane around them. The Palembang cane provides the supporting structure, while the Flexi-Cane creates a neat, durable woven surface.
Choose the Correct Width
Every drawer measures 50 cm deep and 20 cm high. Choose from the following widths:

Measure the available opening carefully before ordering. Check the width, depth and height, and allow enough clearance for the drawer to slide comfortably.
Standard and Custom Colours
White is the standard Flexi-Cane finish. However, custom colours are available at an additional cost. Please contact Rattan Homecraft for a quotation before ordering a custom colour.
Handmade in South Africa
We make every synthetic cane drawer to order in South Africa. Because each drawer is handwoven, slight variations in the weave, natural Palembang cane and finished dimensions may occur. These differences form part of its authentic handmade character.
